Voted and passed:
– August is designated as Stableford Month. We will use Stableford scoring method for that month’s tournament (Diablo Creek in Concord), more details will be given in the Summer regarding the scoring format and prize structure
– Two players Scramble format will happen in November (Castle Oak in Ione), more details will be given in the Fall regarding the format and prize structure
– NCGAD-sponsored pizza gathering immediately after November tournament and have NCGAD Annual meeting there for 2027 season if quorum is met
– All golfers will have a choice as to which CTP tee box they would like to hit from for all CTP holes (red tees or longer)
– Players will have a choice of using either their NCGAD HC or preferred accredited HC (such as GHIN) for tournaments IF THE PLAYER’S ACCREDITED HC IS EQUAL OR LOWER THAN THEIR NCGAD HC
– Match Play will be double elimination and grouped into flights according to HC. Match Play will begin after March Tournament. $20 entry fee. Sign ups will be coming soon. More information will be sent from Charles Holmes once the Match Play is set up.
– Poll will be conducted on WhatsApp for preferred green fee range for 2027 Season.

FWGAD Update
– over $7K raised so far
– Shirts designs nearly done and can be purchased through FWGAD website (separate from FWGAD entry fee of $350)

NCGAD website
In process of transferring ownership to NCGAD Board from Joey Baer and will be fixed in a timely manner (in talks with relevant website hosting people)
NCGAD/FWGAD Committee group will meet within the next couple weeks and start to meet twice a month either in April or May (committee will decide in next meeting when to start bimonthly meetings.
