Members Dues:
– One (1) $10 Members Dues per player per year (pay before first tournament that player participates in)

Tournaments:
Director – Robert Herin
– will: communicate/support hosts/locations to ensure tournaments are set up, develop pairings/tee times, create contingency plans if host/location did not work out.
Schedule
– All tournaments will be held either on the first or second Saturday of every month between February and November
– Tournament Schedules will be posted on website and emails
Hosts
– Responsible for: set tee times, decide tee boxes, cost (walk and cart), scorecards, and 19th Hole locations
Prizes
– $5 Prize Fee per player (paid before start of tournament)
– NCGAD will contribute a flat fee of $100 to each tournament for prizes.  After the 2022 Season, members and board will discuss feasibility of the NCGAD contribution based on feedback (increase, decrease, or eliminate)
NCGAD Board
– will: communicate with members (pre- and post-tournaments) via emails, update website, allocate prizes, ensure all adhere to NCGAD Bylaws
– any issues: please share your concerns with NCGAD Board

Scoring Method:
– A player shall not put down their own scores onto the scorecards
– Each group will have minimum of 2 scorecards with 1 or 2 players listed on the scorecards
– A player in that group that is not on the scorecard will score for players that are listed on the scorecard
– Tournament Director and Tournament Host will develop scorecards for players to use during tournaments

Tee Boxes:
Players will use middle and forward tees.
– Tournament Host with the support of the Tournament Director will decide which tee boxes constitutes middle and forward tees.
Handicap
– All players with Handicap of 24 or lower will use middle tees
– All players with Handicap of 25 or higher has the option to use middle or forward tees
Age
– All players who are 70+ years old will have the option to use middle or forward tees

Handicap:
– All players with GHIN will use their current GHIN Handicap for tournaments
– All Players without GHIN will discuss Handicap with Handicap Director (David Smario) prior to every tournament and agree on the Handicap.

Ace Pot:
– NCGAD will contribute $100 to any player who scores a natural Ace during an NCGAD Tournament.

Match Play:
– NCGAD Board will run the Match Play tournament.  Vice President (Charles Holmes) will be the point person for this but the Board will work together on this.  More information will be released when finalized.
– A separate scorecard will be used for Match games and a player not involved with the Match game will score the match

Extras:
– Treasurer (David Smario) is in process of creating a bank account for NCGAD Funds
– Treasurer (David Smario) is in process of creating an electronic payment format for players to use to pay Dues and Fees
– Tournament DIrector (Robert Herin) will contact volunteered and assigned hosts prior to start of season to set up the tournament schedule in entirety for the 2022 season
